医疗护理服务质量是培育医院核心竞争力的源泉。优质的医疗护理服务质量是医院赢得社会声誉、树立品牌形象的关键。QC小组活动是现代企业质量管理的重要工具，是全员实践TQM不可缺少的组成部分。QC小组自引入医疗卫生行业以来，日益成为医疗护理质量改进的有力推手。本组稿件是兰州石化总医院在推进QC小组活动中的实践总结。他们从工作中亟需改进的问题出发，通过QC小组活动，分析了问题存在原因，集思广益，提出了改进措施并严格执行，提高了员工的质量意识，夯实了基础护理质量，提升了护理服务质量。特此刊发，希望助益于您优质护理服务的实践！
特邀策划顾问郭强主任医师
郭强，主任医师，1984年毕业于兰州医学院临床医学系，学士学位。现任兰州石化总医院副院长，中国医师协会内分泌代谢医师甘肃分会副会长及甘肃省糖尿病学会、内分泌学会委员。现主管医疗质量、科研教育、医院信息化等工作。发表医学学术论文10余篇，参与著作和教材编写3部，作为课题负责人承担并完成甘肃省卫生厅鉴定、中石油医疗专业科研项目5项。主持QC小组课题多项，其中，《单病种质控在医院管理的应用》获2004年度“甘肃省优秀质量管理小组奖”；《研发病案与医疗统计一体化系统》获2007年度“甘肃省先进质量管理小组奖”；《降低产妇剖宫产率》获2010年甘肃省优秀质量管理小组及最佳成果发表奖、“全国优秀质量管理小组”及“最佳人气奖”。《中国卫生质量管理》第18卷第4期（总第101期）2011年07月

提高晨会交接班工作效率

提高痰标本检测阳性率
