近10年来《中国卫生质量管理》刊载品管圈论文情况分析

【摘要】目的 梳理近10年《中国卫生质量管理》杂志刊载的品管圈论文，分析研究热点，为品管圈研究和活动开展提供参考。方法 以“品管圈、QCC、QC小组、品质圈”为关键词，以《中国卫生质量管理》杂志为文献来源，对中国知网（CNKI）数据库2012年-2021年收录的品管圈相关论文进行检索，应用NoteExpress软件对纳入文献进行分析，利用BibExcel和Pajek软件构建高频关键词共现知识图谱。结果 共纳入172篇文献，刊载品管圈文献处于平稳发展阶段，且地域分布广泛，文献合作程度高，基金支持率较高。172篇文献共用关键词445个、705次，高频关键词包括品管圈、QC小组、问题解决型品管圈、课题研究型品管圈等。结论 近10年来，《中国卫生质量管理》杂志刊载品管圈文献逐渐增加且呈稳定态势，品管圈在医院已得到广泛应用。积极争取基金支持是丰富品管圈活动内涵的重要举措。

Literature Analysis of Quality Control Circle Research Published in Journal of Chinese Health Quality Management in Recent Ten Years/WANG Xia,LV Chuanlu,LIU Lanhui.//Chinese Health Quality Management，2023,30(2):70-74
Abstract Objective To analyze the relevant literature on quality control circle published in Journal of Chinese Health Quality Management in recent 10 years, sort out the research hotspots, and provide reference for quality control circle research and activities.Methods Taking "quality control circle, QCC, QC team, quality circle" as the key words and Journal of Chinese Health Quality Management as the literature source, the quality control circle related papers collected in CNKI database from 2012 to 2021 were retrieved, and the included studies were analyzed by NoteExpress software. BibExcel and Pajek software were used to construct the knowledge map of high-frequency keywords co-occurrence.Results A total of 172 studies were included, and the published literatures of hospital quality control circle reached a stable development stage, with wide geographical distribution, high degree of literature cooperation and high fund support rate. The 172 studies shared 445 keywords, 705 times, and high-frequency keywords included quality control circle, QC team, problem solving quality control circle, subject research quality control circle, etc. Conclusion In the past 10 years, the quality control circle literature published in the Journal of Chinese Health Quality Management has gradually increased and maintained a stable trend, and the quality control circle has been widely used in the field of hospitals. To actively strive for fund support is an important measure to enrich the connotation of quality control circle activities.

品管圈作为质量管理的一种手段，是提升医院服务品质的重要抓手［1］。近年来，品管圈已广泛应用于我国医院质量管理领域，涉及护理、医疗、药学、医技、院感、后勤、行政、医院质量文化建设等方面［2-4］。《中国卫生质量管理》杂志自1998年刊载QC小组活动文献［5］以来，始终重视品管圈科研成果的刊发。作为我国研究和交流卫生质量管理领域方法及学术成果的全国性指导类科技期刊，研究其刊载品管圈论文情况，可以了解国内品管圈领域的最新发展趋势与研究动态。本研究对《中国卫生质量管理》杂志近10年刊载的品管圈相关论文进行了文献计量学分析，剖析了品管圈研究热点，以期为今后品管圈研究提供参考。
1资料与方法
1.1文献检索策略
不论是QC小组，还是品管圈、品质圈，它们称谓不同，但却属于同一概念，都要求遵循PDCA循环，体现全员参与，基于客观事实，持续改进，仅在活动程序、课题类型等方面略有区别［6］，故本研究未做区分。2022年8月，以“品管圈、QCC、QC小组、品质圈”为关键词，在中国知网（CNKI）数据库进行主题字段检索，限定文献来源为《中国卫生质量管理》杂志，时间范围限定为2012年１月－2021年12月。
1.2文献纳排标准
文献纳入标准：《中国卫生质量管理》杂志刊载的以品管圈为研究主题的文献。文献排除标准：新闻通讯、座谈、通知公告、征稿启示、专家点评等。同时，对同义/近义关键词进行合并，如：将“住院患者”并入“患者”，将“QC小组活动”并入“QC小组”，将“品管圈活动”并入“品管圈”等。
1.3统计分析方法
将检索到的所有文献导入NoteExpress软件，排除不符合研究标准文献后，对纳入文献的发文年份、作者、研究机构、发文地域、基金等进行计量分析，并采用NoteExpress和Excel软件进行数据统计和图表制作，利用BibExcel和Pajek软件构建高频关键词共现知识图谱。
