【摘要】目的 分析《中国卫生质量管理》杂志2015年-2019年刊载文献的研究热点。方法 在中国知网《中国学术期刊（网络版）》数据库检索《中国卫生质量管理》杂志2015年-2019年刊载的文献，统计关键词频次，采用BICOMB2构建关键词共现矩阵，导入Ucinet 6.0进行可视化分析。结果 纳入文献1 195篇，使用关键词2 251个、4 449次。使用高频关键词30个、880次，可视化分析发现，主要的热点关键词为医疗质量、医院、品管圈、患者安全及信息化。结论 5年来《中国卫生质量管理》杂志刊载的论文研究热点与该刊的栏目设置相一致，杂志以医疗质量为核心，聚焦医疗改革成果，关注先进管理理念在医疗卫生质量管理中的应用与扩展，能够较好地反映当前我国卫生质量领域的最新发展动态和研究趋势，对从事该领域的研究人员具有较高参考价值。

Research Hotspots of Papers Published in the Journal of Chinese Health Quality Management in Recent Five Years/WANG Xia,LV Chuanlu,LIU Lanhui.//Chinese Health Quality Management，2021,28(1):21-24
Abstract Objective To analyze the research hotspots of literatures published in the Journal of Chinese Health Quality Management from 2015 to 2019.Methods The literatures published in Chinese Health Quality Management from 2015 to 2019 were searched in the China Academic Journal Network Publishing Database. The frequency of key words was counted. The key words co-occurrence matrix was constructed by BICOMB2, and visual analysis was carried out by UCINET6.0.Results A total of 1 195 papers were selected,2 251 key words were used with 4 449 times. 30 high-frequency keywords with 880 times were used.Visual analysis found that the main hot keywords were medical quality, hospital, quality control circle, patient safety and informatization.Conclusion In the past five years, the research hotspots of papers published in the Journal of Chinese Health Quality Management were consistent with the column setting of the journal. The journal taked medical quality as the core, focused on the results of medical reform, and pay attention to the application and expansion of advanced management concepts in medical and health quality management. The journal can well reflect the latest developments and research trends in the field of health quality in China, which had high reference value for researchers in this field.

《中国卫生质量管理》杂志是我国以研究和交流卫生质量领域管理方法及学术成果为目的的全国性指导类科技期刊，致力于搭建一个供广大医院医务、护理、质控管理工作者、医政管理者、承担质量管理职责的医药卫生技术人员、高校及科研机构的相关教学、科研人员等进行学术交流的平台［1］。目前尚没有关于《中国卫生质量管理》杂志研究热点分析的文献报道。本文利用关键词共词分析法探讨《中国卫生质量管理》杂志刊载论文关注的热点问题，借助社会网络分析方法对高频关键词的重要程度以及它们之间的关系进行可视化分析，进一步明确该杂志的主要热点和次要热点，分析《中国卫生质量管理》研究近年来刊载的轨迹，为期刊发展提出建议，也为医院管理理论与实践研究提供参考。
