广东省医院品管圈参赛项目分析与思考

【摘要】目的 对2018年-2020年广东省医院品管圈参赛项目进行多维度分析，深度挖掘参赛项目数据价值，为后续品管圈活动与赛事辅导提供参考。方法 对广东省与国赛参赛项目数据进行特征标记，应用SPSS 23.0、Office 2020软件对数据进行统计分析。结果 2018年-2020年广东省医院品管圈公开完赛项目共494个，参加国赛项目137个，国赛三等奖及以上获奖率为59.85%。三级医院综合专场、三级医院护理专场、课题研究专场是参赛项目的主要组别。结论 省赛主办方需及时发布赛事动态，参赛团队应科学报赛备赛；需加强区域联动，提高工具应用能力；需紧扣评分标准，提升参赛项目核心竞争力。

Abstract Objective To carry out multi-dimensional analysis on the participating projects of quality control circle of hospitals in Guangdong Province from 2018 to 2020, and the data value of the participating projects was deeply explored to provide reference for the subsequent quality control circle practice and competition counseling. Methods The data of Guangdong and China Competitions were marked, SPSS 23.0 and Office 2020 software were used for statistical analysis of the data. Results From 2018 to 2020, a total of 494 projects were completed in the quality control circle of hospitals in Guangdong Province, and 137 projects participated in the national competition. The recommended winning rate for projects with national third prize or above was 59.85%. The main groups for participating projects were the comprehensive session of tertiary hospitals, the nursing session of tertiary hospitals, and the research session of research projects.Conclusion The organizer of the provincial competition should release the event information in time, and the participating teams should apply and prepare for the competition scientifically. It needs to strengthen regional linkage, improve tool application ability. Furthermore, it is necessary to closely follow the scoring criteria and enhance the core competitiveness of the participating projects.

品管圈作为一种改善工作现场的质量管理工具，兼具科学性与实用性，其应用价值已得到各行各业的认可。全国医院品管圈（多维工具）大赛（以下简称“国赛”）是传播医疗品质管理新理念的舞台，也是培养医院管理人才的平台。近年来，随着各省（市、区）品管圈大赛的全面开展，参赛项目的覆盖领域更加广泛，主题切入点趋于多元化，改善落脚点趋于实务化［1-3］，工具应用已扩展到各级医疗机构的服务流程与工作细节中。
目前，公开发表的品管圈文献多聚焦于单个案例，与品管圈赛事密切相关的数据分析较少［4-6］。深度挖掘参赛项目数据信息，可以帮助品管圈团队更好地明确参赛项目 动态及研究热点，推动医院品管圈实践内涵提升。本研究以广东省为例，着眼于参赛项目数据的深度挖掘，以报赛、备赛为切入点，进行多角度分析，并提出了未来品管圈实践与赛事辅导建议。

1资料与方法

1.1资料来源
参赛项目选取时间为2018年-2020年，其中：2018年-2019年比赛形式为线下现场展示，2020年比赛形式为线上函评。参赛项目来源：（1）中国医院品质管理联盟官网与品管圈联盟公众号公布的1 863条国赛获奖数据；（2）广东省医院品管圈大赛（以下简称“省赛”）的赛事数据库已公开完赛的494个项目。

1.2数据处理
1.2.1数据标注 （1）国赛数据标注。基于中国医院品质管理联盟公开发布的赛事资讯，使用多种数据标签对获奖数据进行标注，如参赛年份、组别、奖项等级、省份、单位等。（2）省赛数据标注。通过建立多维度数据标签，将省赛数据进行数据标注与特征标记，如参赛类型、年度、单位、地区、改善主题、主题词、圈名、组别、参赛形式、是否推荐国赛、是否直报国赛、省赛获奖名次、国赛获奖名次等。同时，将参赛项目中涉及个人隐私与敏感数据信息进行清洗与保护。
1.2.2数据统计与分析 所有数据均由统计师进行双人录入、复核，确保数据无误。应用SPSS 23.0、Office 2020软件对数据进行筛选、统计与分析。将国赛、省赛两组数据进行比较，采用χ2检验，以P＜0.05为差异具有统计学意义。
