摘要:
目的了解江苏省14家采供血机构血液检测实验室运行现状,为实验室规范化建设提供参考。方法由江苏省输血协会血液检验专业委员会制订并发放调查问卷,收集2019年-2021年14家采供血机构血液检测实验室的血液检测样本量、人力资源配置等数据,采用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计分析。结果14家采供血机构血液检测实验室的血液检测样本量总体呈逐年上升趋势,血清学样本、核酸样本的上升幅度分别为8.75%、8.38%。工作人员以本科和硕士研究生及以上学历(92.90%)为主,中、高级人才占比为68.86%,在编人员占84.15%。3家实验室通过了ISO 15189医学实验室认可,占21.43%。结论江苏省采供血机构血液检测实验室规范化建设水平总体高于全国平均水平,但部分实验室存在人员编制比例偏低、中级和高级人才占比偏低、人员流动性大等问题。采供血机构需加快出台人员编制文件,明确人员配备标准,优化岗位设置,提升在编人员比例,妥善解决同工同酬问题,以确保采供血事业健康、可持续发展。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the operating status of blood testing laboratories in 14 blood collection and supply institutions in Jiangsu Province, and to provide a reference for the standardized construction of laboratories.MethodsThe Blood Testing Professional Committee of Jiangsu Blood Transfusion Association developed and distributed questionnaires. Data of sample size and human resource allocation of blood testing laboratories of 14 blood collection and supply institutions from 2019 to 2021 were collected, and SPSS 19.0 software was used for statistical analysis. ResultsThe sample size of the blood testing laboratory of the 14 blood collection and supply institutions showed an increasing trend year by year, and the increase rate of serological samples and nucleic acid samples from 2019 to 2021 was 8.75% and 8.38%, respectively. The majority of the staff members had bachelor's and master's degrees or above (92.90%), the proportion of medium and senior talents was 68.86%, and the number of staff members was 84.15%. Three laboratories were accredited by ISO 15189 medical laboratories, accounting for 21.43%.Conclusion The standardized construction level of blood testing laboratories in blood collection and supply institutions in Jiangsu Province is generally higher than the national average level, but some laboratories also have problems such as low staffing ratio, low proportion of middle/senior talents, and large personnel mobility. Blood collection and supply institutions need to accelerate the issuance of personnel establishment documents, clarify staffing standards, optimize post settings, increase the proportion of staff, and properly solve the problem of equal pay for equal work, so as to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of blood collection and supply undertakings.
