摘要:
目的构建上海市级医院安防监控系统集成平台，保障医院安防监控系统正常运行。方法 利用边缘计算与多码流处理等信息技术，集成多家市级医院安防监控系统，搭建了包括医院边缘物联网、医院数据分平台、申康中心数据总平台的医院安防监控系统集成平台。结果平台运行一段时间后，大多数医院的数字监控设备在线率和录像平均缺失时长均有了不同程度的改善。在纳入集成平台的23家上海市级医院中，数字监控设备在线率增幅最大值为33.29%，录像平均缺失时长降幅最大值为100%。结论集成平台采用数字监控设备在线率和监控录像平均缺失时长两项指标，对市级医院的安防监控系统运行绩效进行评价，为创造安全稳定的就医环境发挥了重要作用。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo build an integrated platform for the security monitoring system of Shanghai municipal hospitals and ensure the normal operation of the hospital security monitoring system.MethodsInformation technologies such as edge computing and multi stream processing were used to integrate multiple municipal hospital security monitoring systems, and a hospital security monitoring system integration platform was built, including the hospital edge Internet of Things, hospital data sub platform, and the general platform of Shenkang Center.ResultsAfter the platform has been running for a period of time, the online rate of digital monitoring equipment and the average length of missing videos in most hospitals have been improved to varying degrees. Among the 23 Shanghai municipal hospitals included in the integrated platform, the maximum increase of the online rate of digital monitoring equipment was 33.29%, and the maximum decrease of the average video missing time was 100%.Conclusion The integrated platform uses two indicators, the online rate of digital monitoring equipment and the average missing time of monitoring video, to evaluate the operation performance of the security monitoring system in municipal hospitals, which plays an important role in creating a safe and stable medical environment.
