摘要:
目的探讨新冠肺炎疫情对上海市级医院小儿肺炎住院患儿的影响。方法依托上海市级医院医疗质量评价与促进平台，回顾性收集2020年1月1日-12月31日上海市级医院收治的小儿肺炎住院患儿病案首页信息，并以2019年同期数据作为对照。所得数据采用SPSS 21.0软件进行统计分析。结果2020年上海市级医院小儿肺炎住院人数为9 894例，明显少于2019年；次均总住院费用为12 428.46元，同比增加11.89%；次均抗菌药物费用为1 357.65元，同比增加24.16%；平均住院日为7.58 d，同比增加7.21%；31 d内重返住院率为5.21%，同比增加1.65个百分点；住院死亡率为0.14%，同比升高0.02个百分点。结论 新冠肺炎疫情对上海市级医院小儿肺炎住院治疗产生了显著影响，但也在一定程度上改变了儿科诊疗模式，促进了分级诊疗体系确立。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the impact of COVID-19 on pediatric inpatients with pneumonia in Shanghai municipal hospitals.MethodsRelying on the medical quality evaluation and promotion platform of Shanghai municipal hospitals, the first page information of medical records of inpatients with pediatric pneumonia admitted to Shanghai municipal hospitals from January 1 to December 31, 2020 was retrospectively collected, and the data of the same period in 2019 was used as the control. The obtained data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 21.0 software. ResultsIn 2020, the number of pediatric inpatients with pneumonia in Shanghai municipal hospitals was 9 894, significantly less than that in 2019. The average hospitalization cost was 12 428.46 yuan, with a year-on-year increase of 11.89%. The average cost of antibiotics was 1 357.65 yuan, with a year-on-year increase of 24.16%. The average length of stay was 7.58 days,with an increase of 7.21%. The rate of re-hospitalization within 31 days was 5.21%, which increased by 1.65 percentage points year on year. The inpatient mortality rate was 0.14%, 0.02 percentage points higher than the previous year.Conclusion The COVID-19 had a significant impact on the inpatient treatment of pediatric pneumonia in Shanghai municipal hospitals, but it also changed the mode of pediatric diagnosis and treatment to a certain extent, and promoted the establishment of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system.
