摘要:
目的准确把握国际患者安全研究的热点、前沿和演进路径。方法以1997年-2018年Web of Science核心数据库收录的3 076篇文献为研究对象，运用CiteSpace软件进行分析。结果危机资源管理、患者安全事件、药物治疗错误、全科医疗、课程体系、护理学生教育是当前患者安全研究的热点；患者安全教育与卫生技术人员是患者安全研究的前沿；5篇关键节点文献清晰地展现了国际患者安全研究的演进路径。结论患者安全研究已经形成了连续清晰的发展脉络，具有较高研究价值，对社会发展具有重要影响，但相关理论研究尚不充足，需继续关注。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo accurately grasp the research hotspots, frontiers and evolution paths of international patient safety researches.MethodsBased on the 3 076 studies in the Web of Science database from 1997 to 2018, the CiteSpace software was used for analysis.ResultsThe crisis resource management, patient safety incidents, medication errors, general practice, curriculum system, and nursing student education were the six mainstream research areas of current patient safety research. The patient safety education and health technicians were the research frontiers. The five key node documents clearly showed the evolution path of international patient safety research.Conclusion Patient safety research had formed a continuous and clear development context, with high research value and an important impact on social development, but the relevant theoretical research was not sufficient which needed to be paid more attention to.
