Abstract:
Aiming at the defects of point-of-care testing (POCT) quality management system, a tertiary hospital has established a POCT quality management system, including POCT management framework, relevant systems and processes, qualification and authorization, quality control, etc. The system attaches equal importance to professional and scientific management, and implements perfect equipment access, result report and critical value management by means of information technology. After implementation, the process simplification, cost saving, balance of safety and convenience effect has been achieved. In the next step, information management will be carried out for a variety of POCT detection items.
