摘要:
目的分析集束化护理领域的研究现状和未来研究方向。方法基于Web of Science数据库，检索数据库建立至2019年12月31日的相关文献，应用HistCite软件、Excel表格进行文献计量学分析。结果共检索到1 045篇文献。集束化护理文献量总体呈增长趋势。美国集束化护理研究最为活跃，发文量占44.21%；《Journal of Advanced Nursing》杂志刊载数量最多（92篇）；发文量最多的作者是Chan MF。热门关键词包括照护、护理、护士、患者、聚集等。结论集束化护理的研究和应用仍处于活跃期，我国集束化护理研究需加强护士角色体验相关研究，注重研究人员在集束化策略制定和运用中循证意识及能力的培养。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo analyze status and future research direction in the field of clustered nursing.MethodsBased on the Web of Science database, relevant literatures were retrieved from the establishment until December 31, 2019. Bibliometric analysis was conducted using the HistCite software and Excel.ResultsA total of 1 045 literatures were retrieved. The literature on clustered nursing was generally growing. The United States was the most active on clustered nursing research, the number of published papers accounted for 44.21%; The Journal of Advanced Nursing published the most with 92 studies. The most prolific author was Chan MF. Hot keywords included care, nursing, nurse, patient, aggregation, etc. Conclusion Clustered nursing research and application is still in the active period, the clustered nursing research in China needs to strengthen the role of nurses experience related research, pay attention to the development of researchers in the cluster strategy and application of evidence-based awareness and ability.
