摘要:
阐述了医院灾害脆弱性概念，指出医院灾害脆弱性分析存在灾害收集不全面或不符合实际，灾害历史数据收集不充分，灾害风险评估较主观等问题。建议从以下6方面改进：加强培训，全面、准确识别灾害，广泛搜集灾害历史数据，确立风险评估评分标准和主要灾害认定标准，确保医院灾害脆弱性分析结果的运用等。
Abstract:
The concept of hospital hazard vulnerability analysis was expounded. It was pointed out that the collection of hazard was not comprehensive or not in line with the reality, the collection of hazard historical data was not enough, and the hazard risk assessment was subjective. It was suggested that the following six aspects can be improved: strengthening training, comprehensive and accurate identification of hazard, extensively collecting historical data of hazard, establishing risk assessment and scoring standards, establishing identification standards of major hazard, and ensuring the use of the results of hazard vulnerability analysis in hospitals.
