目的构建手术室护理质量敏感指标体系,为手术室护理质量监测与评价提供依据。方法在循证基础上,通过文献调研法和临床调研法初步拟定手术室护理质量敏感指标及其计算公式。通过两轮专家咨询确定手术室护理质量敏感指标体系。结果两轮咨询问卷回收率分别为88.9%和87.5%,专家权威系数分别为0.81和0.83,变异系数为0~0.2,构建了14项手术室护理质量敏感指标。结论构建的手术室护理质量敏感指标具有较高的可靠性和科学性,降低了手术室护理不良事件的发生,提高了患者满意度
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo construct the sensitive index of nursing quality in operating room to provide evidence for evaluation and monitoring of nursing quality in operating room. MethodsThrough evidence-based literature research and clinical research, the sensitivity index and calculation formula of nursing quality in operating room were preliminary established. The operating room nursing quality sensitive index system was determined by two rounds of expert consultation. ResultsThe recovery rates of the two rounds of consultation questionnaires were 88.9% and 87.5%, respectively, the expert authority coefficients were 0.81 and 0.83, and the coefficient of variation was 0 ~ 0.2. A sensitivity index system of 14 items of nursing quality in the operating room was constructed.Conclusion The sensitivity index of nursing quality in the operating room is reliable and scientific, which reduces the occurrence of adverse events in the operating room and improves patient satisfaction
