了解影响患者理性及信任度的相关因素，提出应对措施，引导患者理性参与医疗过程。方法通过问卷调查数据绘制结构方程模型，采用潜在变量路径分析法进行分析。结果模型适配度指数达到标准要求，模型拟合较好，患者有限理性与患者信任度正向影响患者整体感知，促使患者产生积极的行为意向。结论本研究为评估患者有限理性，提高患者信任水平，构建和谐医患关系提供了一种研究思路。

To explore the factors of the patient bounded rationality and trust, put forward countermeasures to guide patients to participate in medical procedures rationally.MethodsStructural equation model was drafted through questionnaire survey and analyzed with latent variable path method.ResultsThe corrected model's GFI met the standard requirements, suggestive of a high degree of fitting. Patient bounded rationality and trust positively influenced medical service quality perception and promoted active behavioral intention. ConclusionThis study offered a angle to assess patient bounded rationality, boost patient trust and build harmonious doctor-patient relationship
