摘要:
目的了解某军队医院医疗质量水平的变化趋势及验证综合评价方法的科学性与实用性,为医疗质量考核及医院管理者提供参考。方法采用TOPSIS法和RSR法进行综合评价。结果评价结果与医院的实际情况相符，医疗质量呈上升趋势，表现最好的是2012年、2014年，处于中等水平的是2011年、2013年、2015年，质量水平较低的是2008年-2010年。结论应用综合评价方法，能全面了解医疗质量现状与标化趋势，有利于医疗质量持续改进。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the trend of medical quality in a military hospital, and verify the scientificity and practicability of synthetic evaluation method, in order to provide reference for medical quality assessment and hospital administrators.MethodThe TOPSIS method and the RSR method were used for synthetic evaluation.ResultThe evaluation results were in accordance with the actual development of the hospital. The medical quality was continuously improved, and the best medical quality was in 2012 and 2014, the middle level was in 2011, 2013, and 2015, and the worst was in 2008, 2009, and 2010. ConclusionThe use of synthetic evaluation method can comprehensively investigate medical quality status and standardized trend, which helps to ensure continuous quality improvement.
