摘要:
目的利用专家咨询与TOPSIS相结合的绩效评价方法对某三乙医院临床科室绩效评价效果进行研究。方法选取某院2015年1月-9月7个临床科室相关数据为研究对象,采用专家咨询法选取了4个维度9个因子的科室绩效评价指标,利用TOPSIS方法计算临床科室绩效排序。结果选取的9个因子在评价科室绩效中有较好的区分度,科室2的绩效水平最高,科室5药占比最高,医疗纠纷发生率7个科室均处于较低水平。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of performance assessment of clinical department in a hospital based on expert consultation method and TOPSIS method.MethodClinical departments related data in a hospital from January to September 2015 was included for the study. Four dimensions and nine factors were selected for department performance assessment by using the Delphi method, and the sorting of clinical departments performance was calculated by using the TOPSIS method. ResultThe selected nine factors had good discrimination in performance assessment of the departments. The number two department had the highest performance level, the number five department had the highest proposition of drugs, and all seven departments had low incidence of medical disputes.
