摘要:
目的研究日间病房模式临床路径在白内障诊治中的应用及效果。方法选取白内障患者进行日间病房模式临床路径管理，与对照组进行比较。结果研究组的效率指标和卫生经济学指标评价均优于对照组，两者效果指标评价无差异，研究组的健康知识知晓率及医患满意度均优于对照组。结论日间病房模式临床路径在白内障诊治中的应用能保障医疗质量和安全，可有效提高床位使用率和工作效率，值得推广。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the application effect of clinical pathway with day-care unit mode among patients with cataract.MethodPatients with cataract was selected for application of clinical pathway with day-care unit mode, and it was compared with the control group.ResultEfficiency indicators and health economic indicators of the study group were better than that of the control group, and there was no difference in effect index between the two groups. The awareness of health knowledge and patient satisfaction in the study group were better than that of the control group.ConclusionThe application of the clinical pathway with day-care unit mode among patients with cataract can ensure the medical quality and safety, effectively improve the utilization rate of beds and work efficiency, which is worth of promotion.
