摘要:
目的设计血站采血前健康筛查系统，协助体检医生进行献血前健康检查。方法按照国家有关献血者健康检查要求，制订相应疾病、手术、用药等分类筛查匹配规则，利用区域全民健康信息平台相关数据服务，对献血者相关历史就医诊断及药物使用等信息进行风险筛查。结果献血前查体辅助软件能有效触发筛查匹配规则，给予医生健康风险相关提示。结论该系统能为体检医生提供有效辅助分析和判断手段，补充识别献血者健康风险，保障献血者健康和血液安全。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo design the health screening system before blood collection in blood station, and to assist the physical examination doctors in conducting health examination prior to blood donation.MethodsAccording to the national health examination requirements for blood donors, the corresponding classification screening matching rules were formulated for diseases, surgeries, medications, and other relevant categories.The risk screening was conducted on the historical medical diagnosis and medication usage information of blood donors by using the relevant data service provided by the regional universal health information platform.ResultsThe auxiliary software for medical examination before blood donation could effectively trigger the screening matching rules and provide health risk-related tips to doctors.Conclusion The system can effectively provide physical examination doctors with auxiliary tools for analysis and judgment, additionally identify the health risks of blood donors, and ensure the health of blood donors and the safety of blood.
