摘要:

综合分析国内外输血不良反应分类分级标准，以国内外标准为理论框架，从输血不良反应的定义、类别、输血相关性、输血不良反应的严重程度等方面进行输血不良反应分类分级，并对分类进行标准化处理，将所有具有统计意义的信息纳入输血不良反应报告内容，构建了河北省输血不良反应分类规范。这有利于管理者从不同层面、不同角度挖掘输血不良反应发生原因，从而制定针对性干预策略，提升医疗机构输血不良反应应对能力，确保输血安全。

Abstract:

Comprehensive analysis was performed on the classification criteria for transfusion adverse events at home and abroad. With domestic and international standards as the theoretical framework, from aspects such as the definition of the adverse events of blood transfusion, classification, transfusion correlation, severity of adverse events of transfusion and etc,to form the classification and grading standard of adverse events of blood transfusion, the classification was standardized, and all statistically significant information was included in the transfusion adverse reaction report content, and the classification criteria for transfusion adverse events in the province was constructed. Constructing a classification specification for adverse events of blood transfusion is conducive to managers to explore the causes of adverse events of transfusion from different levels and different angles, so as to develop targeted intervention strategies, improve the ability of medical institutions to respond to adverse events of blood transfusion, and ensure the safety of blood transfusion.
