摘要:
心血管疾病带来的社会经济负担不断加重，相关医疗服务的过度使用问题也越来越受到关注，控制和减少心血管疾病医疗服务的过度使用具有重要意义。介绍了美国心血管医疗服务过度使用的现况、原因及应对措施，并探讨其对我国的启示意义。建议我国建立相关循证临床指南以支持临床科学决策，促进医患沟通与双方共同决策，有效运用医保与财务手段，完善法律规范并加强政府监管等。
Abstract:
Social and economic burden by cardiovascular diseases is increasing, and the issue of overuse in cardiovascular medical services is being much more concerned, which puts a significant meaning on reducing of overuse in cardiovascular services. The paper reviewed the situation, reasons and countermeasures of overuse in cardiovascular services in American, and explored its implications to China. It is suggested to establish evidence based clinical guideline for clinical decision-support, promote communication between doctors and patients for shared decision-making, take advantage of medical insurance and financial incentives measures, improve legal norm and strengthen government supervision, etc.
