摘要:
对微信等新媒体医疗服务现状进行SWOT分析,提出加大医疗专科覆盖力度,不断更新完善功能开发,持续规范平台内部管理等内部策略;借助“互联网+”,持续挖掘潜在服务功能,寻求共赢,催生行业发展合力等外部策略,以不断提高微信等新媒体服务质量。
Abstract:
The SWOT analysis was carried out on the new media, such as WeChat, in the field of medical service. The internal measures were proposed, such as increasing coverage of medical specialties, continuously improving the development of updated functions, and continuing standardizing the internal management of the platform. Furthermore, external countermeasures were proposed, including with the help of the internet plus, continuously exploring potential service applications and seeking win-win solutions, creating synergy in industry development, which aimed to constantly improve the medical service quality of new media like WeChat.
