目的探讨规范化培训护士专业生活品质在自我效能感与心理韧性间的中介效应。方法采用便利抽样法,于2022年3月-7月选取山西省3所三级甲等综合医院301名规范化培训护士作为研究对象,应用一般资料调查表、心理韧性量表、一般自我效能感量表和专业生活品质量表进行调查。结果规范化培训护士自我效能感总分为(2.46±0.33)分,心理韧性总分为(86.48±13.87)分,专业生活品质的慈心满意、工作倦怠和二次创伤标准分分别为(44.30±5.13)分、(49.24±9.56)分、(50.16±9.25) 分。专业生活品质与自我效能感和心理韧性均呈正相关(r=0.441,P<0.001;r=0.712,P<0.001);自我效能感与心理韧性呈正相关(r=0.503,P<0.001)。专业生活品质在自我效能感与心理韧性间具有部分中介效应,占总效应的34.1%。结论规范化培训护士专业生活品质在自我效能感与心理韧性间起部分中介作用。护理管理者可以通过专业教育、培训和工作支持等增强规范化培训护士自我效能感,使其胜任临床护理工作,从而提升其专业生活品质,提高心理韧性水平。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the mediating effect of professional quality of life in standardized training nurses on self-efficacy and mental toughness.MethodsA total of 301 standardized training nurses were selected by convenience sampling method from March to July in 2023 in a tertiary general hospital in Shanxi Province, and investigated by general data questionnaire, mental toughness scale, general self-efficacy scale and professional quality of life scale.ResultsThe total score of self-efficacy and mental toughness were (2.46±0.33) points and (86.48±13.87) points respectively. The standard scores of compassion satisfaction,burnout,secondary truma of professional life quality were (44.30±5.13), (49.24±9.56) and (50.16±9.25), respectively. Professional life quality was positively correlated with self-efficacy and mental toughness (r=0.441, P<0.001; r=0.712, P<0.001); Self-efficacy was positively correlated with mental toughness (r=0.503, P < 0.001). Professional quality of life had a partial mediating effect between self-efficacy and mental toughness, accounting for 34.1% of the total effect.Conclusion Professional quality of life of standardized training nurses plays a partial mediating role between self-efficacy and mental toughness. Nursing managers can enhance their self-efficacy through professional education, training and work support, so as to make them competent for clinical nursing work, so as to improve their professional quality of life and psychological resilience.
