摘要:
持续提升献血者的献血体验和满意度是采供血机构始终追求的目标。以深圳市血液中心观澜湖捐血站为试点,充分发挥5G专网高速率、低时延、大连接等特点,融合射频识别、人脸识别、自动采血、电子标签等技术,在协同工作模式下建立了5G+捐血站数智化应用。这减轻了采供血人员的工作压力,提高了工作效率,提升了采血服务质量,血液安全管理水平得以提升,促进了无偿献血的发展。
Abstract:
Continuously improving the blood donation experience and satisfaction of blood donors is the goal of blood collection and supply organizations. With Guanlan Lake Blood Donation Station of Shenzhen Blood Center as the pilot, giving full play to the characteristics of 5G private networks, such as high speed, low delay, and large connections, and integrating with the technology of radio frequency identification, face recognition, automatic blood collection and electronic tag technology, the intelligent application of 5G+ blood donation station was established under collaborative working mode. It reduced the work pressure of blood collection and supply personnel, improved work efficiency, improved blood collection service quality and blood safety management, and promoted the development of unpaid blood donation.
