摘要:
目的了解不同地区健康体检资源配置与相关费用之间的关系。方法采用普查法，通过问卷调查收集我国29个省（自治区、直辖市）开展健康体检（管理）机构的数据。对健康体检资源配置指标和相关费用指标拟合线性回归模型，采用SPSS 21.0软件进行统计分析。结果共纳入4 791家机构。每万人体检设备数与门诊和住院患者次均相关费用之间存在正相关，每万人体检卫生技术人员数与门诊和住院患者次均相关费用之间呈负相关。结论增加体检卫生技术人员配置是提高体检行业服务水平，减少相关费用的途径之一。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the relationship between health examination resources allocation and related expenses indifferent areas.MethodsThe data of health examination(management) institutions in 29 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) were collected by means of census. The linear regression model was fitted to the physical examination resource allocation index and related cost index, and SPSS 21.0 software was used for statistical analysis.ResultsA total of 4 791 institutions were included. There was a positive correlation between the number of physical examination equipment per 10 000 people and the related costs per 10 000 outpatient and inpatient visits, and there was a negative correlation between the number of medical technicians per 10 000 people and the per 10 000 outpatient and inpatient costs.Conclusion It is one of the way to improve the service level, reduce the related cost to increase the allocation of medical technicians.
