摘要:
全科医生是落实分级诊疗的关键队伍。整合医学的兴起为全科医生的转型发展提供了机遇和出路。具备整合医学素质的新型全科医生是整合各种医疗卫生资源的健康管理专家、高级代理人和服务者。新型全科医生的培养应着力在培养体系、培训教材和评价制度上贯穿整合医学的理念。
Abstract:
The general practitioner (GP) plays an important role in the implementation of hierarchical medical system. Holistic integrative medicine (HIM) provides the opportunity and pathway for the transformation of GP. The new GP with the knowledge of HIM is not a low-level or omnipotent doctor, but an expert on health management, a senior health agent and service provider, who understands best the health status of their community, and helps the public organize and integrate the health resources. The new GP training will focus on the training courses, training materials, and evaluation system by using the HIM theory.
