目的分析我国医院信息化人员配置现状,为医疗卫生决策制定提供参考。方法由国家卫生健康委员会医政医管局统一组织,要求全国二级及以上医院在指定时间段内登录“智慧医院分级评价平台”,按照要求在线填报智慧医疗相关数据。结果有效参与医院9 376家。9 327家医院设置了专门的信息化部门,占99.48%。二、三级医院信息化部门主管人员以副院长为主,平均人数为6.1人,人均服务床位数为87.5张,不同级别医院信息化人员在数量、学历、专业、年龄等方面均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。信息化部门人数和电子病历评级具有相关性,相关系数为0.325(P<0.001)。结论各级医院已经初步建立了一支信息化人才队伍,但整体存在总量配置不足、专业程度不高等问题。建议院级管理者提高重视程度,建立健全人才培养机制,创新人才管理,以实现医院信息化岗位专职化、人员专业化,进一步提高医院信息化建设水平。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo analyze the current situation of hospital informationization personnel in China, and provide reference for medical and health decision-making.MethodsThe intelligent medical data was collected online by all secondary and above medical institutions through landing in the intelligent hospital grading evaluation platformin the specified time period, which organized by the Medical Administration and Management Bureau of the National Health Commission.ResultsA total of 9 376 hospitals effectively participated in the survey. 9 327 hospitals had set up specialized information departments,accounting for 99.48%. The information department was usually led by the vice president of hospital. The average number of personnel in information department was 6.1, and the average number of service beds was 87.5. There were statistical significance in the number, education background, specialty and age of information personnel in different levels of hospitals (P<0.001). There was a correlation between the number of personnel and the rating of electronic medical records in the information departments, and the correlation coefficient was 0.325(P<0.001).Conclusion Hospitals at all levels had initially established an information-based talent team, but there were still some problems such as insufficient total allocation and low professional level. It is necessary to improve the attention of hospital leaders, establish and improve talent training mechanism and innovate talent management, so as to realize the specialization of hospital informatization posts and personnel, and further improve the level of hospital informatization construction.
