摘要:
目的探讨血站与医院信息共享基本数据集构建，为制定地方标准提供依据。方法通过分析临床用血规范化管理的需求，确定信息共享方案；通过用例分析和功能建模，明确需采集的基本数据集内容与数据结构；提取数据元，并对数据元和数据元代码集内容进行规范化描述。结果建立了6个主题数据集，梳理了42个通用数据元，自定义4个数据元值域代码表。结论制定了适合浙江省实际的血站与医院信息共享基本数据集，较好解决了全省血站与医院信息系统的互联互通、数据共享等问题。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the construction of basic data set of information sharing among blood stations and medical institutions and to provide evidence for formulating local standards. MethodsThrough the analysis of the needs of standardized management of clinical blood use, the scheme of information sharing was determined. Through use case analysis and function modeling, the basic data set content and data structure to be collected were defined. Data elements were extracted, the description of data elements and the content of data element code set were normalized. ResultsSix subject data sets were established, 42 general data elements were sorted out, and 4 code tables of value domain of data elements were customized.Conclusion The basic data set of information sharing among blood stations and medical institutions was developed suitable for Zhejiang Province, which can better solve the problems of interconnection and data sharing among information systems in blood stations and medical institutions.
