摘要:
利用信息技术手段，开发了“互联网+护理服务”平台。主要功能模块包括患者应用、护理服务、随访、管理等。“互联网+护理服务”平台应用后，2020年5月-12月，线上咨询服务注册护士共74人，完成线上咨询954人次，开设院外安心护理服务32项，完成院外安心护理服务97次；公众号关注量增加近3.3万人次。“互联网+护理服务”平台的应用实现了线上线下病历实时共享和护理服务闭环管理，节省了护理人力资源。
Abstract:
By means of information technology, the "Internet plus nursing service" platform had been developed. The main functional modules included patient application, nursing service, follow-up, management, etc. After the application of the "Internet plus nursing service" platform, from May to December 2020, a total of 74 registered nurses provided online consultation services, completed 954 persontimes online consultations, opened 32 items of out-of-hospital nursing services, and completed 97 out-of-hospital nursing services. The number of people following the public account increased by nearly 33 000 persontimes. The application of the "Internet plus nursing service" platform had realized real-time sharing of online and offline medical records, closed-loop management of nursing services, and saved nursing human resources.
