摘要:
采用科室质量指标看板,通过目视化管理手段,对科室质量关键绩效指标进行管理与追踪,针对不达标指标及时改进。截至2019年底,全院共筛选出科室质量指标179个,利用科室质量指标看板进行监测,开展PDSA改进报告68项,其中,优秀改进报告12项。认为科室质量指标看板是医院精益日常管理的有效方法。
Abstract:
The department quality indicator dashboard was adopted to manage and track the department quality key performance indicators through visual management, and the substandard indicators were improved in time. As of 2019, 179 department quality indicators had been selected and monitored by using department quality indicators dashboard, and 68 PDSA improvement reports had been carried out, among which 12 were excellent improvement reports. Department quality index dashboard is an effective method of lean daily management in hospital.
