摘要:
转变理念、创新思维、积极应对是激发新形势下三级公立医院后勤管理活力的重要方式,也是现代医院发展的有力推手。文章分析了当前后勤管理、服务保障与现代医院发展中的差距,从顶层设计、风险防控、品质要求、管理方式、环境面貌、队伍建设等6个方面着手,形成后勤创新管理模式,通过实践取得显著成效。因此,明确发展目标和抓手是规范后勤管理的关键,引入标准和方法是提高科学管理水平的有效途径,营造人文环境与氛围是增强患者就医体验和职工获得感的切入点
Abstract:
It is an important way to stimulate the vitality of logistics management in tertiary public hospitals under the new situation from aspects of changing idea, innovating thinking and actively responding, which is also a powerful push for the development of modern hospitals. This paper analyzed the gap in current logistics management, service guarantee and modern hospital development. A logistics innovative management model can be formed from six aspects of the top-level design, risk prevention and control, quality requirements, management mode, environmental appearance, and team construction, and remarkable results can be achieved through the practice.Therefore, clarifying development goals and grab is the key to standardizing logistics management. Introducing standards and methods is an effective way to improve the level of scientific management. Creating a humane environment and atmosphere is an entry point to enhance patients' medical experience and employees' sense of gain
