新冠肺炎疫情下医院运营状况调查与分析-《中国卫生质量管理》

摘要:: 目的探讨新冠肺炎疫情对医院运营产生的影响。方法通过调查问卷的方式对医院运营情况进行调研，通过对回收问卷进行归纳汇总得出结果。结果新冠肺炎疫情发生期间，所有被调查医院的业务量和运营收入都出现大幅下滑，90%以上的医院现金流吃紧，疫情期间医院的运营压力加大。结论医院应树立风险管理意识，做到平战结合；应开展多种业务模式，提升抗风险能力；应改变发展模式，加强运营管理。建议通过增加财政补贴等方式保障医院宽松的运营环境

Abstract:: ObjectiveTo investigate the impact of COVID-19 on hospital operation. MethodsThe operation of the hospital was investigated by a questionnaire survey, and the results were obtained by summarizing the collected questionnaire. ResultsDuring the outbreak of COVID-19, the business volume and operating income of all the hospitals under investigation declined significantly, and 90% of the hospitals suffered from tight cash flow, and the operating pressure of the hospitals increased during the outbreak. Conclusion The hospital should establish a sense of risk management and achieve a combination of peacetime with wartime. It should develop multiple business models to enhance its ability to resist risks and change its development model and strengthen its operation and management. It was suggested to increase financial subsidies to ensure that hospitals have a loose operating environment.
