摘要:
患者的移动医疗信息因具有较高的商业价值已成为不法行为的侵害对象。指出了我国法律体系在移动医疗信息保护方面存在的短板，建议从民事纠纷解决、行政监管跟进、刑事执法打击等方面入手，构建我国移动医 疗信息保护法律体系
Abstract:
The mobile health information of patients has become the target of illegal activities due to its high commercial value. The study pointed out that China's legal system has limitations on the protection of mobile health information, and proposed to build a legal system for the protection of mobile health information from the aspects of civil dispute resolution, administrative supervision follow-up, and criminal law enforcement,etc.
