山东省三级医院主要院内感染指标现状与趋势分析-《中国卫生质量管理》

摘要:: 目的分析山东省2014年-2017年三级医院呼吸机相关性肺炎、中心导管相关血流感染、导尿管相关尿路感染3项主要院内感染指标现状，为护理敏感质量指标的监测与院内感染的预防管理提供依据。方法依据国家护理质量数据平台数据，对山东省3项院内指标数据进行统计分析，并与全国、东部地区比较，分析变化趋势。结果与全国、东部地区相比，山东省三级医院2014年-2017年呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率整体偏高，中心导管相关血流感染发生率、导尿管相关尿路感染发生率整体低于全国、东部地区，3项指标整体呈下降趋势。结论通过对指标进行监测和分析，可以促进护理质量改善。应重点关注呼吸机相关性肺炎指标的过程质控，进一步采取措施降低院内感染发生率，保障患者安全。

Abstract:: ObjectiveTo analyze the status of three main nosocomial infection indicators of ventilator associated pneumonia, central catheter-related blood flow infection and catheter related urinary tract infection in the tertiary hospitals from 2014 to 2017 in Shandong Province, and to provide evidence for the monitoring of nursing sensitive quality indexes and the prevention and management of nosocomial infection.MethodsAccording to the data of National Database of Nursing Quality, three nosocomial infection indicators data in Shandong Province were analyzed with the change trend and compared with the whole country and eastern regions.ResultsThe incidence rate of ventilator associated pneumonia in the tertiary hospitals in Shandong province was high overall, the incidence of central catheter-related blood flow infection and the incidence of urinary tract infection related to catheter were lower than that of the whole country and eastern region, but the three indicators were the overall decline trend.Conclusion Through the monitoring and analysis of the indicators, the quality of nursing care can be improved. It should focus on the process quality control of the ventilator associated pneumonia and take further measures to reduce the incidence of the three indicators and ensure the safety of patients.
