摘要:: 目的研究定制软件（APP）支持临床科室开展质量与安全活动的可行性和效果。方法开发一种支持科室质量安全活动的软件APP系统。在控制各种干扰因素的条件下，医院要求20个临床科室于2017年2月-6月按传统方式开展PDCA质量安全活动，2017年8月-12月改用APP支持活动。结果APP应用后，文案按时完成率、文案合格率和活动实际召开次数均较应用前有显著统计学意义（P＜0.01）。同时，医护人员参与质量安全活动的兴趣、认可活动效果、关注结果与应用前相比，有显著统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论定制APP支持PDCA活动不仅具有可行性，而且更符合国内临床科室的实际情况，能够有效提高工作效率，吸引和支持医护人员关注和参与科室质量安全活动，更好地发挥出PDCA质量工具的效果。

Abstract:: ObjectiveTo evaluate the feasibility and efficacy of custom software application (APP) for PDCA in clinical department.MethodsAfter controlling intervention factors，20 clinical departments were assigned to carry out monthly PDCA activities using traditional way from February 2017 to June 2017, then using the APP system from August 2017 to December 2017. ResultsAfter the APP was applied, the on-time completion rate of the copywriting, the pass-rate of the copywriting and the actual number of the activity were all statistically significant (P<0.01). Furthermore, the interest of medical staff in participating in quality and safety activities, the effect of recognition activities and the results of attention were also statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion The custom APP was not only feasible to support PDCA activities, but also more in line with the actual situation of domestic clinical departments. It can effectively improve work efficiency, attract and support medical staff to pay attention to and participate in quality and safety activities of the department, and better display the effect of PDCA quality tool.
