摘要:
手术质量与安全是医疗服务质量与安全管理的核心内容之一。介绍了手术质量与安全管理系统的构建与实施情况，并对系统运行和主要指标完成情况等进行了分析，认为手术质量与安全管理系统的应用有助于提高手术技术和质量，调控和监管医院整体运营结构，增加医院运营效益和社会效益。
Abstract:
Surgical quality and safety is one of the core contents of medical service quality and safety management. The construction and implementation of the surgical quality and safety management system was described, and the operation of the system and the achievement of main index were analyzed. The surgical quality and safety management system can improve the technique and quality of operations, regulate and supervise the hospital's overall operating structure, promote hospital operating efficiency and increase social benefits.
