摘要:
目的开发出院患者医护一体化回访管理系统,使医护人员和患者主动参与到回访工作中,提高出院患者回访效率和质量。方法设计并开发医护一体化回访管理系统,在血液内科、泌尿外科、老年消化科试用3个月,计算回访成功率。结果系统功能包括患者回访管理、回访计划管理、回访统计分析、回访表单管理、康复指南等模块,出院回访落实率从63.5%提升到95.04%。结论该系统功能齐全、操作简便,符合国家政策要求,满足医院回访工作管理需求,提升了患者就医获得感,增强了医护患参与出院回访积极性,提升了回访质量。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo develop an integrated medical follow-up management system for discharged patients to promote medical staff and patients taking the initiative participate in follow-up and to improve the efficiency and quality of the follow-up of discharged patients.MethodsAn integrated medical follow-up management system was designed and developed. It was used in the Department of Hematology, Department of Urology, and Department of Elderly Gastroenterology, and the follow-up success rate was calculated.ResultsThe functions of the system included follow-up management, planning management, statistical analysis, forms management, recovery guidance, and etc. The follow-up implementation rate was increased from 63.5% to 95.04%.Conclusion The management system is fully functional and easy to operate, which meets the requirements of national policy and the requirements of follow-up management. It improves the satisfaction of patients, increases the enthusiasm of medical staff and patients on participating the follow-up, which improves the efficiency and quality of follow-up among discharged patients.
