摘要:
重点专科建设是一项系统工程。从强化管理规范，完善管理体系；创建专科特色，鼓励开展新技术；以信息化为抓手，提高专科管理水平；重视全面建设，落实“一体两翼三结合”；开设专科专病门诊，集中优势病种诊疗资源；重视人才培养，加强专科队伍建设；引领区域协同发展，壮大专科辐射能力；整合优势资源，助推专科建设；定期开展绩效评估，明确专科建设重点等9方面，总结了医院重点专科建设的主要做法。
Abstract:
The key specialty construction is a systematic project. The major approaches on construction of key specialty in hospital were summed up from nine aspects: strengthening management standards, improving management system; creating specialty feature, encouraging new technologies; information as the starting point, and improving specialty management; emphasizing on specialty full construction, implementation of the "one-body, two-wing and three-combination"; establishment of specialty and special disease clinics, centralized advantaged disease diagnosis and treatment resources; paying attention to personnel training, and strengthening the specialty team construction; leading regional synergy development, expansion of specialist radiation ability; integration of advantaged resources, boosting specialty construction; regular carrying out performance evaluation.
