摘要:: 目的探讨放射科在PACS/RIS 系统的基础上，优化患者的检查流程，应用胶片—报告管理系统的可行性及必要性。方法对应用胶片—报告管理系统前后科室医疗成本、患者满意度等进行比较。结果患者检查结果索取时间由2013年9月份的平均6.5小时缩短至2小时；患者对医疗差错的投诉由2将至0；患者对放射科的满意度由原来的91.12%提高到98.69%。结论放射科胶片—报告管理系统在节约医疗成本、提高检查效率、改善患者就医满意度等方面发挥了重要的作用，值得推广。

Abstract:: ObjectiveTo explore the feasibility and necessity of the application of film-reporting management system for examination process optimization on the basis of PACS/RIS system in Radiology Department. MethodThe department medical cost and patient satisfaction were compared before and after the application of the system.ResultThe patient examination reporting time decreased from an average of 6.5 hours in September 2013 to two hours. The number of patients’ complaints on medical errors decreased from two to zero. The patient satisfaction on Radiology Department increased from 91.12% to 98.69%.ConclusionThe film-reporting management system in Radiology Department had important effects on saving medical cost, increasing examination efficiency, and improving patient satisfaction, which was worthy of promotion.
