摘要:
剖析公立医院现行绩效薪酬实施现状及存在问题,通过完善绩效薪酬分配体系,建立量化的业务积分评价体系,制定科室医疗风险金管理制度,严格落实月度目标管理考核,使员工归属感、患者满意度显著提升。科学合理的薪酬激励体系是激发员工积极性的内在动力与催化剂。
Abstract:
The status and problems of current performance salary system in public hospital were analyzed. Through improvement of performance salary allocation system, establishment of quantificated business score evaluation system, setting medical risk financial management system, and strictly implementing of monthly target management assessment, the sense of possession of staff and patients’ satisfaction level had significantly improved. Scientific and reasonable salary incentive system is the interior impetus and catalyst to inspirit motivation of staff.
