摘要:
通过构建多部门协作机制,形成智能化管理工作流,实现医院多系统数据融合、设备相关数据实时提取,同时建立设备效益常态化监测机制,采用智能化评估模型评价设备综合效益,并纳入绩效考核,以实现医疗设备全周期精益管理。经实践,医院医疗设备运行效益显著提升,医疗设备投资收益率提高了18百分点,患者满意度由86.5分提高至90.1分。通过设备智能化效益评估,能够促进医院设备资产合理配置,提升医院设备精益管理水平,为公立医院高质量发展提供借鉴经验。
Abstract:
By constructing a multi-department collaboration mechanism, an intelligent management workflow was formed to realize multi-system data fusion in hospitals, extract equipment-related data in real time, and form a normalized monitoring mechanism for equipment benefits. The intelligent evaluation model was used to evaluate the comprehensive benefits of equipment and incorporate performance appraisal to achieve full-cycle and lean management of medical equipment. Through practice, the operation efficiency of hospital medical equipment has been significantly improved, the return on investment of medical equipment has increased by 18 %, and patient satisfaction has increased from 86.5 points to 90.1 points. Through the intelligent benefit evaluation of equipment, it can promote the rational allocation of hospital equipment assets, improve the lean management level of hospital equipment, and provide reference experience for the high-quality development of public hospitals.
