摘要:
通过建立专科临床分诊知识库,专家门诊二次预约,分时段多途径预约,非现金挂号支付,门诊三次候诊机制等,构建智能化专家门诊精准预约模式并予以实施。实施后,2017年与2016年相比,年专家门诊服务量增长13.54%,专家门诊预约率提升17.13%,预约准确率提升7.85%,患者满意度提升3.43%,患者无效等候时间降低了54.10%。推行智能化专家门诊精准预约模式,可以提高门诊服务质量,优化医院资源配置,改善患者就医体验,提升门诊管理水平。
Abstract:
he knowledge base of clinical triage, the second appointment mode of expert outpatient service, the time sharing and multi-channel appointment, the non-cash registration payment and the three-time waiting mechanism of outpatient service were established, and the intelligent precise appointment mode of expert outpatient service was constructed and implemented.After the implementation of the intelligent precise appointment mode for expert outpatient service, compared with 2016, the annual service volume of expert outpatient service increased by 13.54%, the appointment rate of expert outpatient service increased by 17.13%, the appointment accuracy increased by 7.85%, the patient satisfaction increased by 3.43%, and the invalid waiting time decreased by 54.10%.The implementation of intelligent expert outpatient precise appointment mode can improve the quality of outpatient service, optimize the allocation of hospital resources, improve patients' medical experience, and improve the level of outpatient management.
