摘要:
目的了解全科医师对“专科—全科团队”（专全团队）的认知和需求，为进一步完善专全团队建设提供参考。方法对北京市某医院医联体成员单位的282名全科医师进行问卷调查，采用Excel 2010、SPSS 19.0软件进行数据统计分析。结果全科医师对专全团队态度积极。需求方面，84.0%有进修需求，91.1%有出诊需求，81.9%有查房需求，97.5%有科研需求；形式方面，76.9%希望以学科为基础组建团队，71.6%愿意担任团队秘书，85.1%希望符合双向转诊条件时启动绿色通道，85.5%希望建立线上工作群。结论全科医师对专全团队模式较为认可。畅通进修绿色通道，将出诊和查房与现有工作模式相结合，健全科研培训机制，优化团队组建形式，充分发挥团队秘书作用，是完善专全团队建设模式的方向。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo understand the cognition and needs of general practitioners for the "specialty-general practice team", and to provide reference for further improving the construction of a specialty-general practice team.MethodsA questionnaire survey was conducted on 282 general practitioners from the medical association of a hospital in Beijing. The data were analyzed by Excel 2010 and SPSS 19.0 software.ResultsGeneral practitioners had a positive attitude towards the specialty-general practice team. Regarding demand, 84.0% had the need for further education, 91.1% had the need for home visits, 81.9% had the need for ward rounds, and 97.5% had the need for scientific research. In terms of form, 76.9% hoped to form a team based on discipline, 71.6% were willing to serve as a team secretary, 85.1% hoped to start a green channel when meeting the conditions of two-way referral, and 85.5% hoped to establish an online work group.Conclusion General practitioners accepted the specialty-general practice team mode. It was the focus of the work to improve the professional team building mode to smooth the green channel for further study, combine the visiting and ward rounds with the existing working mode, improve the scientific research and training mechanism, optimize the form of professional team building, and give full play to the role of team secretary.
