摘要:
一院多区协同发展是大型公立医院落实新医改，将优质医疗资源下沉扩容的重要战略。以江苏省中医院紫东院区建设为案例，剖析公立中医院优质医疗资源下沉扩容的政策背景、运营方式、阶段性成效，探讨这一模式适宜的关键路径，为公立医院高质量发展和分院区高标准建设提供参考。
Abstract:
The coordinated development of one hospital with multiple districts is an important strategy for large public hospitals to implement the new medical reform and expand the high-quality medical resources. Taking the construction of Zidong District of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine as an example, the study analyzed the policy background, operation mode and stage effect of sinking and expanding high-quality medical resources in public hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine, and discussed the appropriate key paths of this mode, so as to provided references for the high-quality development of public hospitals and the construction of branch districts with high standards.
