摘要:
确保患者安全是院际转运的重点课题。按照课题研究型品管圈活动步骤，针对ECMO支持患者院际转运现状、问题进行分析，基于安全因素框架理论，经过科学循证、专家指导、专家函询等，以重症医学科为主导，以120急救中心为桥梁，以转诊医院为基础，构建了ECMO支持患者院际转运安全模式，优化了ECMO院际转运安全管理方案，形成了三位一体院际转运同质化培训体系，打造了专业、高效的ECMO院际转运团队。模式的实施，提高了院际转运效率，减少了院际转运相关并发症发生率，保障了ECMO支持患者生命安全。
Abstract:
Ensuring patient safety is a key issue in inter-hospital transport. According to the activity steps of research-oriented quality control circle, in view of inter-hospital transport of the ECMO supporting patients, the current situation and problems were analyzed. Based on safety factor framework theory, through scientific evidence-based, expert guidance and enquiry for experts, dominated by intensive medicine, taking 120 emergency center as the bridge and the referral hospital as basis, the safety mode of inter-hospital transport for ECMO supporting patients was constructed. It optimized the ECMO inter-hospital transport safety management scheme, formed a trinity inter-hospital transport homogenization training system, and created a professional and efficient ECMO inter-hospital transport team. Through the implementation of mode, the efficiency of inter-hospital transport was improved, the incidence of complications related to inter-hospital transport was reduced, and the life safety of patients supported by ECMO was ensured.
