摘要:
引入品管圈活动，遵循PDCA循环，寻找功能检查报告单发生差错的真因，并制定改进措施，使住院病人功能检查报告单差错率由8.48%降低到2.92%，减少了医疗差错发生，改善了医疗品质，提高了患者对功能科的满意度。
Abstract:
The quality control circle project was introduced to investigate the true causes for errors in functional examination report by following the PDCA cycle. After targeted improvement, the error rate of functional examination report was reduced from 8.48% to 2.92%, which reduced medical errors occurrence, improved the quality of medical care, and improved patient satisfaction on functional department.
