摘要:
针对PIVAS调配药品外送时间符合率低的现状，积极开展QC小组活动，使PIVAS调配药品外送时间符合率从87．99％提高到91．12％，提高了临床科室对PIVAS的满意度，提升了医疗质量。
Abstract:
The delivery time coincidence rate of deployment drug in PIVAS was low. The quality control group activities were actively carried out to iincrease the delivery time coincidence rate of deployment drug in PIVAS from 87.99% to 91.12%, which improved the satisfaction of clinical departments on PIVAS, and enhanced medical care quality.
