【摘要】提高早期肝癌发现率，降低肝癌复发率，延长肝癌患者生存时间，对原发性肝癌患者临床诊疗具有重要意义。从工作实际出发，运用课题研究型品管圈手法，从管理科室、临床科室、医联体3方面，探讨原发性肝癌患者治疗现状，针对团队、模式、宣教、培训4个攻坚点多方拟定对策并加以筛选判断，形成3大对策群组予以实施：（1）建立肝癌多学科协作及整合医疗团队；（2）建立科学整合医疗模式并完善相应制度与规范；（3）多形式强化医患宣教。通过系列措施实施，延长了肝癌患者生存时间，使肝癌患者生存获益，效果显著，值得推广。

AbstractIncreasing the detection rate of early liver cancer, reducing the recurrence rate of liver cancer and prolonging the survival time of patients with liver cancer are of great significance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with primary liver cancer. From the actual work practice, the study used research type quality control circle to investigate the treatment status of primary liver cancer from three aspects of the management department, the clinical section and the medical alliance, and provided and screened countermeasures from four key points of the team, model, education and training, and formed three countermeasures groups for implementation: (1) establishment of multidisciplinary collaboration and integrated medical teams for liver cancer; (2) establishment of a scientific integrated medical model and improving corresponding systems and norms; (3) multi-form reinforcement of doctor-patient education. Through the implementation of a series of measures, the survival time of liver cancer patients had been prolonged with remarkable effect and worthy of promoting.
