【摘要】引入QC小组活动，遵循PDCA循环，按照活动步骤与要求开展活动，使住院药房药品调配差错率由2.72/万降低到0.71/万，达到了三级心血管病医院评审标准要求，降低了住院药房药品调配差错率，同时提高了员工解决问题的能力，保障了患者用药安全。

Abstract The QC group was introduced to conduct activities following the PDCA cycle and according to procedures and requirements of the activity, which made the medicine allocating error rate in inpatient pharmacy decrease from 2.72 per ten thousand to 0.71 per ten thousand and achieved the audit criteria of three-level cardiology hospital. Furthermore, it decreased the medicine allocating error rate in inpatient pharmacy, improved the staff’s ability of solving problem, and ensured the medication safety for patients.
