摘要:
社会医疗机构因规模、设施、技术能力和专业等受限，会影响输血服务的及时性和安全性。上海市社会医疗机构协会输血专业委员会组织上海输血领域专家，对社会医疗机构临床用血管理进行剖析，形成了“社会医疗机构临床用血管理专家共识”。共识认为，社会医疗机构应从组织架构、环境设施、设备耗材、人员资质、临床用血审核与预警和信息化建设、实验室检测和质量控制、血液管理、紧急输血等方面加强管理，重视对挂靠医疗机构的输血管理，注重输血风险识别并持续改进，以保障患者输血安全。共识可为我国社会医疗机构用血管理提供参考，以确保社会医疗机构临床用血安全。
Abstract:
Due to the limitation of scale, facilities, technical ability and specialty, the timeliness and safety of blood transfusion services are affected in social medical institutions. The Blood Transfusion Professional Committee of the Shanghai Social Medical Institutions Association organized experts in the field of blood transfusion in Shanghai to analyze the management of clinical blood use in social medical institutions and formed the "Expert Consensus on Clinical Blood Use Management in Social Medical Institutions". The consensus holds that social medical institutions should strengthen management from the aspects of organizational structure, environmental facilities, equipment and consumables, personnel qualification, clinical blood use audit and early warning and information construction, laboratory testing and quality control, blood management, emergency blood transfusion, etc. Meanwhile, attention should be paid to the blood transfusion management of affiliated medical institutions,with a particular focus on blood transfusion risk identification and continuous improvement to ensure the safety of patients ’ blood transfusion. The consensus can provide reference for the management of blood use in social medical institutions in China, so as to ensure the safety of clinical blood use in social medical institutions.
