摘要:: 在成渝地区双城经济圈建设背景下，推动成渝地区采供血一体化发展具有重要的现实意义。基于协同治理理论，系统性探讨了推进成渝地区采供血一体化发展的政策及实践可行性，针对面临挑战，提出健全协同治理机制、推动血液质量管理标准化、完善血液调配治理体系、搭建数字信息共享平台、深化人才培养与科研合作等发展策略，以推动成渝地区采供血协同发展。

Abstract:: Against the backdrop of the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing twin-city economic circle, promoting the integrated development of blood collection and supply in the Chengdu-Chongqing region holds significant practical importance. Based on the theory of collaborative governance, this study systematically explores the policy feasibility and practical feasibility of advancing the integrated development of blood collection and supply in the Chengdu-Chongqing region. In response to the challenges faced, it proposes development strategies such as establishing a robust collaborative governance mechanism, promoting standardization in blood quality management, improving the governance system for blood allocation, constructing a digital information-sharing platform, and deepening talent cultivation and scientific research cooperation, so as to facilitate the collaborative development of blood collection and supply in the Chengdu-Chongqing region.
