摘要:: 结构化电子病历对于卒中患者的规范化诊疗与诊疗流程的质量改进具有重要作用。针对目前上海市卒中中心电子病历缺乏一致性等问题，构建了卒中结构化电子病历系统。其应用有效缩短了病历书写时间，显著缩短了静脉溶栓和血管内治疗的延误时间，实现了卒中数据的动态质控，为卒中规范化诊疗提供了参考。

Abstract:: Structured electronic medical records (EMR) play a crucial role in the standardized diagnosis, treatment, and quality improvement of clinical pathways for stroke patients. In response to issues such as the lack of consistency in EMR among stroke centers in Shanghai, a structured EMR system for stroke was developed. Its application effectively reduced the time required for medical record documentation, significantly shortened delays in intravenous thrombolysis and endovascular treatment, enabled dynamic quality control of stroke data, and provided a reference for standardized stroke diagnosis and treatment.
